Refund policy
Before we start building: full refund
You can get a full refund of the setup fee any time before we start building your store.
When the build starts
We start building once you have sent us your brand details (brand name, logo and colours, or a request for us to make a simple logo). Until then, nothing has been built and the full refund above applies.
After the build has started: no refund
Once the build has started we cannot refund the setup fee, because the work is done for you.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@buildaiempire.comfrom the address you used at checkout, before you send your brand details.
What this policy does not cover
The setup fee is the only payment made to us. Your Shopify subscription, supplier product costs, advertising and any other third-party charges are paid to those companies, and their own terms apply.
