What else will I pay for?
Your Shopify subscription, the supplier’s cost for each product when an order comes in, and any advertising you choose to run. We do not take a cut of your sales.
Who ships the orders?
The US supplier packs and ships each order. You never hold stock.
Can I change products and prices?
Yes. Add, remove or reprice anything from your own Shopify admin.
Do I really own the store?
Yes. The store and the supplier account are handed to you. We ask you to change the passwords straight away.
I am not a designer. Is that a problem?
No. Send a logo and colours, or tell us you have none and we will make a simple set.
How long does it take?
We build the store within 24 hours of receiving your complete brand details: name, logo and colours.
What about health claims and regulations?
You are responsible for what your store and your ads say. Supplements cannot claim to treat, cure or prevent disease. Read the FTC’s health products guidance and the FDA’s rules before you advertise.
Do I need to buy inventory?
No. Products ship from the supplier when an order comes in, and you pay the supplier’s cost for that order.
Do I need to know Shopify?
Not to get started: we do the setup. To change products, prices or pages later, you use the Shopify admin, which is built for non-technical owners and has its own help centre.
Can I use my own brand name and logo?
Yes. That is the point: you send your brand name, logo and colours, and we build the store around them.
Can I change my supplier later?
The store is yours, so you can add or switch supplier apps in Shopify at any time. Moving your catalogue to a different supplier is work you would do yourself.
Do you manage advertising?
No. This service covers building the store. Marketing and advertising are yours to plan, run and pay for.
Are sales or profits guaranteed?
No. We build the store and hand it over. Sales depend on your product choices, pricing, marketing and how you run the business.
